About Katherine Burks, Founder
Katherine’s career encompasses a unique and successful blend of small and large business experience in both the private and public sectors - spanning visioning educator to air traffic control specialist and more. A common theme in her career has been service to others. Whether a member or leader of a team, she brings a positive, collaborative and solution-oriented approach to all that she does. Her strong communication and organizational skills paired with an outgoing personality and an enterprising, caring, and fun-loving spirit allow her to develop exceptional relationships and partnerships.
Katherine earned her undergraduate degree in business from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Institute of Seattle (LIOS) with an MA degree in Applied Behavioral Science. LIOS alumni are recognized for highly developed communication, collaboration and process skills.
